Marketing & Outreach – Designed promotional materials, managed social media campaigns, and conducted targeted outreach
Sponsorship Acquisition – Secured financial and in-kind sponsorships through strategic outreach and partnership development
On-Site Coordination – Oversaw setup, managed run-of-show, and supported vendors and guests throughout the event
Pre- and Post-Event Planning – Conducted planning meetings, created detailed timelines, and ensured post-event wrap-up and thank-yous
