ABOUT TAIJ
Taij is the 25-year-old CEO of CHANGE4THOUGHT and Bounce Metrics, Co-Founder of Blacks in Power, and Author of "I Will Make a Difference." With 6-8 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Taij has been instrumental in empowering youth, educating adults, and creating opportunities within communities. Their journey began with organizing Peel's March for Justice, and they have since hosted numerous donation drives across Brampton, Ottawa, and Toronto.
Through these experiences, Taij discovered a passion for planning and an acute attention to detail. This love for event planning, combined with a commitment to community service, led to the creation of Taij Planned It—a business born out of a desire to bring people together through meticulously organized events. From tournaments and programs to store openings, weddings, job fairs, and networking events, Taij Planned It is the culmination of years of dedication and a vision for excellence in every event.
